Other Interests

Dr. Beall regularly co-leads WVU Education Abroad trips to places including Greece, Spain, Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. She grew up traveling regularly, and continues to visit new places as often as possible. Her personal and academic interests usually overlap on these trips, as she enjoys visiting ancient and modern religious sites around the world.

She has two cats, Fizzgig and Tucker, named after characters in "The Dark Crystal" and "Tucker and Dale vs. Evil." She and her husband (Dr. Alex Snow, also in Religious Studies) have been married for 20 years.
